Job Title: Jr. Site Engineer (Civil)

Experience: minimum 1–2 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Location: Trivandrum

Key Responsibilities

- Execute work as per GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
- Prepare work schedules and monitor progress as per the approved schedule.
- Ensure day-to-day quality control of construction activities.
- Monitor and control material wastage.
- Ensure cost control at the site.
- Coordinate and arrange work fronts for subcontractors in advance.
- Forecast material requirements and raise material indents based on the work schedule.
- Ensure site safety and implement all necessary safety precautions.
- Prepare weekly contractor bills based on actual work completed.
- Resolve day-to-day site-related issues.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Conduct meetings with site staff to review daily activities and work progress.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in civil construction/site execution.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
- Good communication and coordination skills.




- Ability to work effectively with subcontractors and site teams.
