BIOTECHNOLOGY EXECUTIVE – ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Minimum 1–5 years of progressive experience in biotechnology research and development, product development, process development, or biopharmaceutical/cosmetic biotechnology industries.

- Executive Summary: Lead biotechnology R&D;, current TFH liposomal encapsulation projects, and future plant-derived exosome research while managing innovation, quality, and commercialization.
-  Lead R&D; strategy and innovation
-  Maintain laboratory equipment and calibration programs.
-  Manage biotech labs (GLP & biosafety).
-  Lead R&D; on Liposomal Encapsulation using the Thin Film Hydration (TFH) method
-  Optimize formulation, characterization, stability and documentation.
-  Develop upstream/downstream bioprocesses.
-  Lead future plant-derived exosome platform development.
-  Ensure GMP/ISO documentation and regulatory compliance.
-  Coordinate cross-functional teams and technology transfer.
-  Executive leadership and strategic planning
-  Report project status to senior management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
