The Role

We are seeking two enthusiastic and talented Junior Graphic Designers to support our creative team. This is a crucial, hands-on, full-time Work From Office role based in Pune. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a strong foundation in design principles, and is ready to jump into fast-paced digital projects immediately.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and produce engaging visual content for various platforms,



with a strong focus on social media design (static posts, stories, ads, etc.).
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate briefs into compelling visual solutions.
- Ensure all design outputs adhere to client branding and communication design guidelines.
- Utilize and maintain proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Incorporate AI-assisted design skills to enhance efficiency and explore innovative creative options (e.g., AI image generation, rapid prototyping, content repurposing).
- Prepare files for final delivery across digital and print media.

✨ Required Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 1 year of qualified experience in graphic design.
- A Degree in Design or a related field is strongly preferred.
- A robust portfolio showcasing design ability, especially in social media and digital content.
- Familiarity with design trends and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Immediate joining is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
