Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing operations, brand campaigns, and digital presence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, creativity, and a data-driven mindset to execute effective marketing strategies that drive growth and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote solar products, eco-resort ventures, and allied services.
- Manage and grow our digital presence across social media, website, and ad platforms.
- Design and oversee promotional campaigns, events, and brand collaborations.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to optimize campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales teams to generate qualified leads and support franchise expansion.
- Manage marketing budget, vendor relations, and creative production.




- Ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing channels.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or FMCG sectors.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Analytics, Canva, etc.).
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Creative thinker with ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns independently.

Job Type: Full-time
