Key Responsibilities:
Generate high-quality leads for Web & Mobile Development Services
Identify and approach potential clients through Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other platforms
Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal writing, client communication, negotiation, and closure
Draft customised proposals and bids based on client requirements
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups
Conduct client meetings (calls/chats) to understand project scope and requirements
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and accurate project estimation
Maintain records of leads, proposals, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM tools
Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and new opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications:




Proven experience in Lead Generation & Business Development in IT Services
Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, or similar bidding platforms
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound lead generation
Excellent proposal writing and communication skills
Good understanding of Web Development, Mobile Apps, and Digital Solutions
Ability to handle international clients and work in a target-driven setting
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Good to Have:
Experience in handling global clients (US/UK/AU markets)
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Basic understanding of emerging technologies like AI/ML, SaaS products
