What You'll Do
Own digital sales numbers across Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and our D2C store — listings, content, pricing, promotions and availability
Run performance marketing hands-on across Amazon Ads, Google and Meta within agreed ROAS limits — not through an agency dashboard someone else operates
Grow quick commerce as a responsible channel: share of search, activations, dark store availability
Build a running influencer program in food, health, fitness and mom/lifestyle segments — sourcing, negotiating, briefing, usage rights and measurement, on both barter and paid basis
Build the brand digitally: own our social presence and content identity, grow communities on Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp, drive digital PR, collaborations and UGC
Turn data into decisions: weekly dashboards on sales, conversion, ROAS, CAC, repeat rates and competition — and tell us what it means and what to do
Own content: A+ pages, product imagery and video, ratings and reviews, SEO for the D2C store, launch content
Generate B2B leads for HoReCa and institutional buyers




Manage agencies, partners and the tech stack — analytics, CRM, automation
Drive digital-first GTM for recent product launches, including sampling and creator seeding

We're Looking For
4–6 years of hands-on digital marketing and/or ecommerce experience, ideally with an FMCG or food D2C startup, or on the brand side of a marketplace
You've owned a number with real accountability — revenue, GMV, ROAS or leads. Pure agency execution roles won't fit.
You've run influencer campaigns end to end; existing relationships in food or lifestyle are a plus
You've built something on the brand side — a handle, a community, a content property — not only performance ads
Comfortable in Seller/Vendor Central, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and Excel; SQL or Power BI is a bonus
Startup temperament: you build processes from scratch and don't wait for a brief
Robust written and spoken English and Hindi;
Graduate in any stream. MBA optional
