Assist in end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP across all business functions.
Coordinate with implementation partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
Understand existing business processes and help map them into Odoo workflows.
Participate in requirement gathering, GAP analysis, and solution discussions.
Prepare, verify, and upload master data, including
Customers
Vendors
Items
Bill of Materials (BOM)
Employees
Chart of Accounts
Ensure data accuracy and completeness before migration.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for various ERP modules.
Identify bugs, document issues, and coordinate with developers for resolution.
Validate reports, workflows, and system functionalities before go-live.
Conduct training sessions for employees on ERP usage.
Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and training documentation.
Provide first-level support to users and resolve day-to-day ERP issues.
Escalate complex issues to the implementation partne
Identify prospects to automate manual processes.
Recommend workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor ERP usage and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
Maintain implementation timelines and project documentation.
Track open issues and follow up until closure.
Coordinate with departments such as HR, Purchase, Stores, Sales, Production, Accounts, PPC, and Quality.
Prepare weekly implementation progress reports for management.
