Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Python Developer to join our engineering team and build scalable backend systems that power our AI-driven hiring platform. You will work closely with product managers, AI engineers, and frontend developers to develop APIs, optimize databases, integrate AI services, and build reliable cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python.
Build RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
Develop secure, productive, and maintainable application architecture.
Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
Integrate third-party APIs and internal microservices.
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate LLMs and AI-powered features.
Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.




Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering best practices.
Work with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
Contribute to system design discussions and backend architecture improvements.

Required Skills
Experience in Python backend development.
Strong knowledge of Python programming.
Hands-on experience with FastAPI or Flask.
Good understanding of REST APIs.
Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Familiarity with Git and version control.
Basic understanding of Docker and containerized applications.
Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and API security.
Robust debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Experience working with Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
Understanding of Microservices Architecture.
Knowledge of AI/LLM integrations, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Kubernetes.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Equivalent practical experience is also welcome.
