Role & Responsibilities
Translate business hiring goals into measurable KPIs, metrics, and process workflows for recruitment teams.
Map end-to-end recruitment lifecycle stages—from sourcing to onboarding—and identify automation or efficiency opportunities.
Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI/Tableau to track sourcing ROI, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate conversion rates.
Partner with HR leaders to define SLAs, hiring targets, and performance benchmarks for internal and agency-based hiring.




Conduct gap analysis between current hiring processes and desired operational excellence; document process blueprints and improvement roadmaps.
Facilitate workshops with hiring managers to align role requirements, interview scorecards, and offer negotiation playbooks.
