About the Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor who loves storytelling through visuals and can transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality content. If you're skilled in cinematic editing, social media content, AI-powered workflows, and creating videos that capture attention, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Edit podcasts, reels, shorts, ad creatives, and long-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, and Meta platforms.
Create engaging edits with robust storytelling, pacing, transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, and sound design.
Enhance audio quality through cleanup and mixing.
Leverage AI-powered editing tools to improve workflow and content quality.
Optimize videos for social media trends, audience retention, and platform algorithms.
Collaborate with content, marketing,



and design teams to deliver impactful content.
Take complete ownership from raw footage to final delivery.

Requirements
2–5+ years of experience in video editing.
Solid portfolio showcasing short-form and long-form content.
Experience editing podcasts and interview-style videos.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Audition, and CapCut.
Knowledge of AI tools such as Descript and Runway is a plus.
Robust understanding of storytelling, motion graphics, sound design, and social media content.
Familiarity with YouTube SEO, analytics, and audience retention strategies.
Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
