We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure compliance with statutory and accounting requirements. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting, with hands-on experience in Tally.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily cash flow and cash management activities.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and timely filing of returns.
Prepare and file GST, Income Tax, and other statutory tax returns as applicable.
Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Process monthly salary disbursements and maintain payroll records.
Create and manage invoices for stayed guests and ensure timely billing.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor accounts receivable/payable.
Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and statutory requirements.




Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.
Monitor budgets, control expenses, and suggest cost-saving initiatives.
Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
