Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and skill development.
Facilitate explicit communication channels between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Continuously evaluate project progress and implement improvements to meet delivery goals.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
Strong knowledge of automation workflows and process optimization techniques.
Experience in designing and deploying scalable robotic process automation solutions.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues effectively.
Familiarity with integration of robotic process automation tools with enterprise systems.
Skilled in scripting and debugging within robotic process automation environments.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
