Job Summary:

The Team Leader is responsible for managing a team, ensuring daily operational targets are achieved, and maintaining productivity, quality, and discipline. The role involves supervising team members, coordinating tasks, and reporting performance to management.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily activities of the team.
Ensure team members meet productivity and quality targets.
Allocate tasks and monitor work progress.
Train and guide recent employees.
Maintain attendance, discipline, and team performance.
Resolve operational issues and support team members.
Prepare daily reports and update management.
Ensure safety policies and company procedures are followed.

Skills Required:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Valuable communication and problem-solving ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / reporting).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹275,000.00 - ₹325,000.00 per year
