We are looking for a seasoned B2B Marketing leader with 15+ years of experience to drive strategic marketing initiatives across our Industrial Products (IP1 & IP2) and Joineries businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Create impactful product AVs, brochures, presentations, and segment-specific marketing collateral.
Build compelling value propositions for products and innovations.
Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, website management, lead generation, and CRM programs.
Drive participation in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows through effective content and branding.
Collaborate closely with Business Heads, CBOs, Sales, and external agencies to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
Ideal Candidate:
MBA (Mandatory) from a reputed business school/institute.
15+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand Management, or Digital Marketing.
Robust experience in industrial, building materials, manufacturing, construction chemicals, or related sectors.
Proven track record in content development, digital marketing, exhibitions, and lead generation.
