Job Title: HR Executive – Industrial Civil Project

Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage human resource operations at our industrial civil project site. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, statutory compliance, and coordination with project teams to ensure smooth workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for site staff, engineers, supervisors, and labor.
Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Process payroll inputs and coordinate with the payroll team.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
Coordinate with contractors for manpower deployment and labor documentation.
Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and monthly workforce data.
Coordinate with project managers to fulfill manpower requirements.




Assist during audits and ensure statutory records are maintained.
Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, ID cards, and other HR documents.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in industrial, construction, or civil project settings.
Good knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and payroll processes.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently at project sites.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in construction or industrial project HR.
Knowledge of contractor labor management.
Solid problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.

Employment Type: Full time

Salary: As per company standards and experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
