Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for an HR Executive located in Bengaluru. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing and maintaining HR policies, fostering employee relations,



and overseeing human resources activities. Tasks involve recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role involves working closely with management to align HR strategies with business goals and addressing employee concerns effectively.

Qualifications
Proficient in HR Management and HR Operations
Robust knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies
Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple priorities
Prior experience in event management or a similar industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Familiarity with HR software and tools is advantageous
