Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and team productivity.
Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
Strong experience in designing and developing data integration and transformation workflows.
Ability to optimize data processing for performance and scalability.
Familiarity with data quality management and error handling techniques.
Experience in working with various data sources and targets within enterprise environments.
Capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data services.
