Job Title: Team Lead – HUB
Department: Operations
Reporting To: Manager

Job Summary:
The Team Lead is responsible for managing daily last-mile logistics operations at the delivery center, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound shipment flow, team management, and maintaining operational efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end DC operations including inbound and outbound shipments.
Plan routes and vehicle deployment for efficient resource utilization.
Ensure shipment quality checks and zero missing shipments.
Prepare duty rosters and manage Field Executives (attendance, pickups, reverse logistics).
Monitor operational performance and provide timely feedback.
Maintain safety, security, and compliance with operational standards.




Support the Manager with operational reports and administrative tasks.
Monitor cost control and productive use of resources.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Graduation
Experience: 1 Year – 2 years (Logistics/Manufacturing preferred)
Skills: Basic MS Excel knowledge, good communication, analytical ability, proactive attitude, and teamwork skills.

Team Handling:
Directly manage 10–12 Executives and offroll staffs

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
