 Supervise daily facility operations, including housekeeping, security, pantry, and maintenance services.

 Ensure office premises are clean, secure, and well maintained at all times.

 Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, UPS, elevators, and other office equipment.

 Monitor and manage facility service vendors and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).

 Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance requirements.

 Maintain records of maintenance activities, AMC contracts, and service schedules.

 Coordinate office repairs, renovations, and workspace modifications.

 Support audits related to safety, housekeeping, and statutory compliance.

 Manage inventory of housekeeping materials, pantry supplies, and facility consumables.

 Monitor utility consumption and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

 Address employee facility-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Pay: ₹11,715.84 - ₹29,333.14 per month
