Generate and follow up on leads to achieve business targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/software.
Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the concerned department.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
possess excellent communication skills in Tamil, English, and Telugu and have prior telecalling experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
