About the Role

Rathi Build Mart is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate business, build solid customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in the building materials industry such as tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, hardware, or related products.

Key Responsibilities
Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, architects, and builders to generate sales.
Develop new customers and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
Promote the company's product range and explain product features and benefits.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits to identify recent business opportunities.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management.
Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and pending orders.
Coordinate with the billing, dispatch,



and warehouse teams for smooth order execution.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Maintain daily sales reports and visit reports.

Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Positive interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage field activities efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
