Key Responsibilities
Fabricate, repair, and install aircraft sheet metal structures and components.
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, and technical specifications.
Perform structural repairs on aircraft fuselage, wings, nacelles, flight control surfaces, and other airframe components.
Measure, cut, bend, drill, countersink, and fit sheet metal materials using approved tools and equipment.
Install rivets, fasteners, doublers, brackets, and structural assemblies.
Replace damaged aircraft skin panels and structural components.
Carry out blending, trimming, deburring, and finishing work to aviation standards.
Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality requirements and airworthiness regulations.




Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Follow company safety procedures and aviation regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and other maintenance personnel to complete assigned tasks.
Maintain housekeeping of work areas and ensure tools are properly calibrated and maintained.

Requirements:

-Releveant structural repair experience.
-Experience working on commercial aircrafts.
