Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment for IT/technical roles
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial calls.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Schedule and follow up on technical interviews
Maintain candidate pipeline and track recruitment status
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of technical roles (IT hiring)
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Valuable coordination
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
