Job Summary

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements within defined timelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Negotiate offers and manage candidate communication.
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports.




Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of recruitment experience.
Robust communication, sourcing, and interviewing skills.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS/HRMS.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,302.53 - ₹22,000.96 per month
