Description

Perform analysis of raw materials, intermediates, finished products, in-process samples, solvents, and stability samples as per approved specifications and SOPs. Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Dissolution Tester, Karl Fischer, pH Meter, TOC Analyzer, and other laboratory equipment. Prepare analytical solutions, mobile phases, reagents, standards, and volumetric solutions as per SOPs. Conduct calibration, verification, and routine maintenance of laboratory instruments. Ensure accurate recording of analytical data in laboratory notebooks, worksheets, logbooks, and LIMS where applicable. Review analytical results and report any Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), or abnormal observations immediately. Perform sampling of raw materials, packaging materials, water, utilities, and finished products as per approved procedures.



Support method verification, method transfer, and analytical method validation activities. Participate in stability studies and environmental monitoring activities as assigned. Ensure compliance with ALCOA+ principles and Data Integrity requirements. Maintain laboratory housekeeping and ensure compliance with Positive Laboratory Practices (GLP). Follow Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Assist during customer, regulatory, and internal audits by providing required documentation and analytical records. Coordinate with QA, Production, Warehouse, and Engineering departments for timely sample testing and release.
