About the Opportunity
A rapidly scaling SaaS startup in the B2B productivity & workflow automation space, we’re building intelligent collaboration platforms that help teams eliminate friction, automate routine tasks, and align seamlessly across functions. Based in Mumbai (Thane West), we’re onboarding a Tech Lead to own architecture, mentor engineers, and drive delivery of high-impact features for enterprise customers globally — all while maintaining code quality, scalability, and engineering velocity. Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of core product modules — from requirement grooming to deployment — ensuring clean, scalable, and testable code.
Architect and optimize backend systems using contemporary microservices, event-driven patterns, and cloud-native tooling (AWS/GCP).
Mentor junior developers, establish code review standards, and drive adoption of best practices in CI/CD, logging, and monitoring.
Collaborate with Product and QA to define technical specs,



estimate timelines, and resolve blockers before release.
Own system reliability — implement observability, auto-scaling, and disaster recovery strategies to maintain 99.9% uptime SLA.
Champion engineering excellence: reduce tech debt, advocate for clean architecture, and introduce tools/frameworks that accelerate team velocity.
