Job Summary

Hostelwala is looking for a dynamic and empathetic Student Counsellor to assist students and parents in finding suitable hostel accommodation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed hostel admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding hostel accommodation, facilities, room options, and pricing.
Handle inquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.
Explain hostel amenities, rules, payment process, and admission procedures.
Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/software regularly.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth room allocation and student onboarding.
Conduct hostel visits and property tours for prospective students and parents.
Achieve monthly admission targets and maintain high conversion rates.





Requirements
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.)
Strong communication, counselling, and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, and email).
Ability to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
Experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or customer service is an added advantage.
