We are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Enquiry Coordinator to manage incoming enquiries, maintain customer records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a professional approach to handling customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
Record and maintain enquiry details in the CRM or database.
Follow up with prospective customers and schedule appointments when required.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely customer support.
Maintain accurate daily enquiry and follow-up reports.
Provide customers with product or service information.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the enquiry process.
Assist in administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
0–2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or coordination (Freshers can also apply).
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
Positive knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
Strong interpersonal, organisational, and multitasking skills.
Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills
Experience using CRM software or customer databases.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
