Job Title: Picking & Packing StaffDepartment

Warehouse / Operations

Job Purpose

To accurately pick, check, pack, and prepare products for dispatch while maintaining warehouse cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Pick products from warehouse locations as per invoice, pick list, or order sheet.
Verify item code, size, color, quantity, and product condition before packing.
Pack products safely using appropriate packing materials.
Label cartons/packages correctly for delivery or shipment.
Assist in order sorting, consolidation, and dispatch preparation.
Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items to the Warehouse Incharge.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of racks, bins, and packing areas.
Support stock counting,



cycle counting, and inventory checks when required.
Follow warehouse safety procedures and handling guidelines.
Load and unload goods when necessary.

Qualifications
Minimum: SSLC / Plus Two.
Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or dispatch experience is preferred.

Skills Required
Attention to detail.
Basic counting and inventory handling.
Ability to follow instructions and work with pick lists.
Physical fitness for standing, lifting, and moving goods.
Teamwork and discipline.
