Program Overview

The Management Internship Program – 2026 is designed to create a solid pipeline of future specialists across Learning & Development (L&D;), and Analytics. Interns will work on real business initiatives, gain hands‑on exposure to corporate processes, and be evaluated through structured performance reviews and a final assessment. High‑performing interns will be considered for full‑time roles based on business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Management Intern, you will be aligned to one of the functional areas based on your background and business needs. Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting day‑to‑day operations and execution within the assigned function
Assisting in data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and MIS preparation
Coordinating with cross‑functional stakeholders and internal teams
Supporting process documentation, improvement initiatives, and governance activities
Assisting in planning, coordination,



and execution of functional programs or initiatives
Maintaining accurate records, trackers, and documentation
Participating in reviews, feedback sessions, and learning assignments

Functional Exposure Includes:
- L&D;: Training coordination, learning program execution, content support, metrics tracking

Eligibility Criteria
- 2026 passouts pursuing or completed MBA / PGDM / MMS(Human Resources)
Strong academic background with interest in corporate and consulting environments
Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast‑paced setup

Required Skills & Attributes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data handling
High ownership, discipline, and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
