We're Hiring: Manager-cum-Supervisor

Hotel Diliphu, Bomdila, Arunachal Pradesh

Hotel Diliphu, a well-established 3-Star Hotel nestled in the scenic hills of Bomdila, Arunachal Pradesh, is looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Manager-cum-Supervisor to lead our hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Kitchen, and Maintenance teams.
Ensure exceptional guest service and prompt resolution of guest concerns.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance.
Coordinate room inventory, reservations, and occupancy management.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards across the property.
Monitor hotel revenue, operational expenses, and inventory.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safety standards.
Train, motivate, and guide hotel staff to deliver excellent service.
Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with the management.

Eligibility
Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or any relevant discipline preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations,



with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of local languages will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Operations, and Guest Relations.
Computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel management software will be preferred.
Willingness to relocate and reside in Bomdila, Arunachal Pradesh.
