Set up and operate flexo / rotogravure printing machines for plastic films (BOPP, LDPE, PET, etc.)
Mount printing cylinders/plates and adjust machine settings (registration, tension, speed)
Prepare and mix inks as per shade cards and customer requirements
Ensure proper color matching, alignment, and print quality
Monitor printing process and make adjustments to avoid defects (misregister, smudging, shade variation)
Maintain production targets with minimum wastage
Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance
Handle job changeovers efficiently to reduce downtime
Maintain production records and job reports
Follow GMP, safety, and quality standards

Adjust machine settings such as speed, ink flow, pressure, and alignment
Monitor printing process to ensure quality and consistency
Inspect printed output for defects (color variation, misalignment, smudging)
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems
Maintain production records and job details
