Role Description

This is a full time, in office Social Media Marketing Manager role based in Chandigarh, India. The Social Media Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Responsibilities include content creation, developing analytics-driven strategies, optimizing social media performance, coordinating digital marketing campaigns,



and ensuring cohesive branding across platforms. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure the effective execution of marketing initiatives to grow the online presence.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
Robust Communication skills with the ability to engage and interact effectively with an audience
In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing approaches and tools
Ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize campaigns for performance
Creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Familiarity with popular social media platforms and trends
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Prior experience in a branding or marketing agency is a plus
