Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and active Office Boy to assist in the daily operations of our pipe company office in Jalgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, handling local deliveries, and assisting staff with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Office Maintenance: Keeping the office premises, cabins, and meeting rooms clean and organized.
Pantry Services: Preparing and serving tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors.
Outdoor Tasks: Handling picking up or delivering documents/parcels within Jalgaon.
Stock Management: Keeping track of office supplies (stationery, cleaning materials, pantry items) and informing the manager when stock is low.
General Assistance: Photocopying and assisting with basic office work as needed.

Requirements
Education: 10th or 12th pass.
Experience: 1–2 years (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Transport: Having a valid driving license is highly preferred for outdoor tasks.
Language: Ability to understand and speak Marathi and Hindi.
Grooming:



Must maintain a neat and clean appearance. Clean-shaved or a well-trimmed, neat beard is required.
Personal Hygiene: Must maintain high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
Attributes: Punctual, polite, and disciplined.
