Job Overview: Senior Associate - Finance

Key Responsibilities:
Manage vendor invoices, employee expense claims, payroll payments, and advance tax/TDS payments with accuracy and timelines.
Reconcile accounts payable with the general ledger while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits.
Preparation of monthly transfer pricing workings and intercompany billing to ensure compliance with regulations.
Prepare monthly MIS reports along with supporting schedules to support management decision-making.
Perform monthly closing of books and ensuring timely accruals of expense.
Demonstrate sound knowledge of accounting principles along with expertise in GST, TDS, and other statuary compliance requirements.
Proficient in ERP systems such as Tally prime, understanding of ZOHO will be an added advantage, advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Skilled in managing inboxes and fostering effective interdepartmental collaboration.
