Key Responsibilities:
Respond to student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
Provide accurate information about courses, study prospects, and admission procedures.
Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the application and enrollment process.
Maintain regular communication with interested candidates and address their questions or concerns.
Schedule counseling sessions, interviews, and document submission appointments.
Update and manage student records and inquiry databases.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of applications and admissions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
