Job Summary
As a Senior Technical lead specializing in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AEM, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, expertise, and guidance in the development and implementation of web projects. Your primary objective will be to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, productive, and scalable web solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of web applications using html, css, javascript, and aem
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
Perform code reviews, identify technical risks, and implement solutions to ensure project success
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to maintain project momentum




Stay updated on the latest web development trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Skill Requirements
Proficiency in html, css for designing and styling web pages
Strong experience in web development using javascript for client side scripting and interactivity
Expertise in adobe experience manager (aem) for web content management and delivery
Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and frameworks
Familiarity with version control systems like git for code management
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a quick paced setting
Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead and motivate a technical team
