Experiance- 2yrs to 5yrs-(Manufactruing Industry Experiance mostly prefred)
Salary- 4.5lac-(Depening upon experiance level)
Short JD
Proven Experiance As HR Offier in any Plant/Manufactruning Industry atleast 2yrs
Experiance in Labour Law/Ensure compliance with ESI, PF, Bonus, and Gratuity Acts.
Ensure timely payment of salaries as per Payment of Wages Act.
Submit monthly/quarterly returns to labour authorities.
Maintain records of all employees as per Factory Act requirements.
End to End Recruitment process
Source, interview, and hire skilled and unskilled workers.
