Inventory Tracking: Use warehouse software to log stock movement and perform regular audits.
Safety Enforcement: Ensure team members follow safety rules and properly use equipment like forklifts.
Leadership: Solid ability to motivate teams and solve problems quickly.
Communication: Transparent verbal skills to coordinate shifts and report issues to the warehouse manager.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory software and barcode scanners.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift heavy goods when needed
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
