Job Title: Civil Engineer (Project Coordination)

Job Summary: The role assists in monitoring Civil work at project sites. The role involves coordinating with Site Engineers by handling daily operations, documentation, and team communication , checking daily work progress, and ensuring the design and quality standards are followed under the guidance of consultants.

Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Control: Organize, process, and maintain essential project documents including contracts, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, permits, and change orders.
Communication & Meetings: Act as a central point of contact between architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. Schedule meetings, transcribe meeting minutes, and track action items to completion.
Scheduling & Progress Tracking: Assist in monitoring project timelines, updating Gantt charts, and flagging potential bottlenecks so the team stays on schedule.
Financial Administration: Process purchase orders, track material and tool spending, and assist with project billings and invoice reconciliation.
Site Support: Conduct site visits to assess progress, monitor safety compliance, and facilitate the installation of materials.





Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with Masters in Construction Management.
Experience: Typically 5 years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, or field support.
Software Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g.,Microsoft Project), and the ability to read blueprints.
Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational capabilities, multitasking under pressure, and solid written and verbal communication

Site Execution Experience of minimum 8 years (Compulsory)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
