We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Senior Customer Service Advisor to deliver high-quality support and build robust customer relationships. This role requires a proactive qualified who can handle complex queries, provide accurate guidance, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer interactions across calls and other communication channels with professionalism and empathy.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Resolve escalated and complex customer concerns efficiently.
Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective issue resolution.
Monitor service quality and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Support and guide junior team members when required.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in customer service,



call center, or client support roles.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Strong working knowledge of CRM tools and basic computer applications.
Ability to manage high-pressure situations and handle customer escalations professionally.
