We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead / Technical Architect to join our team. The role involves driving architecture decisions, designing scalable and secure solutions, mentoring technical teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
About You:
Valuable software engineering concepts and experience.
10+ years of experience into software development.
Good technical architecture and system design concepts and experience.
Practical experience of 1 cloud platform (preferably AWS).
Practical experience of AI based solution development (API APIs, agentic AI development).
Ability to manage and mentor team members.
Ability to communicate well (verbal and written) with senior stakeholders of the organization
What You'll Be Doing:
Design and drive scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions aligned with business objectives.
Define technical architecture and system design standards, ensuring best practices across projects.
Lead the development and implementation of cloud-based solutions, preferably on AWS.
Architect and deliver AI-powered solutions leveraging APIs, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to engineering teams,
fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
Conduct architecture reviews, identify technical risks, and recommend improvements to ensure long-term scalability and maintainability.
Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and incorporating them into the organization's technology roadmap.
