We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, build lasting customer relationships, and strengthen our poultry feed business across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned region.
Develop and manage dealers, distributors, and key poultry farmers.
Lead, coach, and monitor Sales Officers to improve performance.
Identify current business prospects and strengthen customer relationships.
Conduct technical and promotional activities for farmers and dealers.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Ensure timely customer service, complaint resolution, and collections.
Coordinate demand planning, product availability, and cross-functional support.
Ensure compliance with sales SOPs and CRM processes.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
