Job Description – Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
Coordinate product promotions, offers, and showroom branding.
Build relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and dealers.
Identify recent business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Monitor competitors and market trends.
Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
Track marketing performance and submit regular reports.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.




3–5 years of experience in marketing (building materials, electrical, hardware, sanitary, or related industries preferred).
Solid communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and branding.
Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings.
