Sales & Marketing Executive – Interior Design

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Interior Design team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and business development. Experience in the interior design, construction, furniture, or home improvement industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through field marketing, online platforms, referrals, and networking.
Meet potential clients and understand their interior design requirements.
Present company services and convert inquiries into projects.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, builders, and contractors.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.




Promote the company's services through social media and local marketing initiatives.

Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Experience in Interior Design, Construction, Real Estate, Furniture, or Home Decor is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Good knowledge of the Hyderabad market.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel within Hyderabad.
