Position: CRM Executive
Location: Mowa, Raipur (C.G.)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain customer records, handle inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up with clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience with CRM software, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Follow up with leads, existing customers, and prospects to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams for timely resolution of customer concerns.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and service requests.




Assist in customer retention and relationship-building activities.
Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information.

Required Skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Hands-on experience with CRM software.
Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
Positive organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Certification or experience in CRM or Customer Service will be an added advantage.

Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, or Client Coordination.

Salary
₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
