Key Responsibilities

· Lead and coordinate IT infrastructure and enterprise application projects from planning through implementation.

· Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, schedule workshops, track progress, and ensure timely project delivery.

· Manage vendors, evaluate technical proposals, monitor deliverables, and ensure SLA compliance.

· Prepare project plans, maintain trackers, MOMs, documentation, and regular status reports.

· Provide technical guidance for infrastructure, networking, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.

· Coordinate procurement, implementation, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.

· Support IT governance, change management, and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

· Solid project management, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.





· Hands-on technical knowledge of Laptops, desktops, printers configuration, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, LAN/Networking , WiFi Setup, routers, switches, access points configuration, firewall configuration , CCTV and NVR and endpoint support.

· Experience working on any one enterprise application projects.

· Excellent communication, documentation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams independently.

Preferred: Experience working in an educational institution or EdTech organization with exposure to enterprise IT projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
