Should have thorough and detailed knowledge of all IT assets - like of - Processor, Motherboard, OS, Hard-disk, SSD, RAM, SMPS, Printer, Scanner, CPU Fan, etc.
Should have Internet, Networking & Server Knowledge.
Should have positive and detailed Troubleshooting knowledge to handle and be able to resolve the issues.
Should have Firewall knowledge.
Should have Printer and Scanner installation and troubleshooting knowledge.
Should have basic CCTV handling knowledge.
Should have PO (Purchase Order) preparation knowledge, but not mandatory.
Should have handled a minimum 200 - 300 users currently or in the past.
Should have knowledge for preparing Inventory register, Fixed asset register on Excel. Note – Candidate’s base location will be Thane. But he needs to visit our all Mumbai branches
