We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Happiness Officerto join our team. The Happiness Officer will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our tuition centre, ensuring that classes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and have excellent communication skills.

Who can apply? / Qualification

A degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred, but not required if you have proven experience as a coordinator.

Must have experience in teaching or managing a tutorial center.

Ability to cast spells is a plus, but not required (just kidding!)

Roles & Responsibilities

Schedule classes with the power of a wizard, ensuring all students are properly sorted into the right classes and levels.

Take attendance like a sorcerer, keeping track of every student and teacher in your spellbook.

Monitor the performance of every class, using your magical intuition to guide and support each teacher.

Be the point of contact with parents regarding attendance and academic issues,



using your gift of gab to calm any concerns and reassure them of their child's progress.

Meet all current enquiries and convert them to admissions using your persuasive charm and the power of your magical spells.

Handle student demos during admissions with the flair of a showman, showcasing the magic of our tutorials and winning over potential recent students.

Take ownership of all teacher's logs and tasks, organizing them with the precision of a magician's assistant.

Outstanding communication skills are a must, as is the ability to multitask like a master wizard.

You should be someone who can handle great pressure, and can adapt to changing circumstances with the ease of a shape-shifting wizard.

Employment Type: Full time, Work from office, 6 days per week

Compensation: 3.2 LPA
