About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Meta Ads to lead and scale high-performing paid campaigns across international markets. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), performance marketing, campaign optimization, audience strategy, and team management. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition, maximizing ROI, and achieving business growth across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns across international markets.
Manage high-budget performance marketing campaigns with a focus on ROAS, CPA, CPI, CPL, and customer acquisition.
Develop audience targeting strategies using custom audiences, lookalike audiences, retargeting, and interest-based targeting.
Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve efficiency and scale.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segments.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with creative, design, and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
Stay updated with Meta platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.




Manage agency or in-house performance marketing teams and mentor junior members.
Work closely with product, analytics, and business teams to achieve growth objectives.
Ensure campaign compliance with Meta advertising policies.

Required Skills
Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Expertise in performance marketing and paid social campaigns.
Experience managing campaigns across international geographies (US, Europe, LATAM, APAC, etc.).
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and attribution models.
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or similar reporting platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus.
Experience in AdTech, Gaming, Mobile Apps, E-commerce, FinTech, or Digital Marketing industries is preferred.
